Photo Retouching Service UK provides professional image editing and photo retouching services. Our services are offered to individuals, photographers, studios, businesses, agencies, and eCommerce brands. All editing work is completed according to the instructions provided by the client.

Placing an Order

To begin a project, you must submit your images along with clear editing instructions. Providing accurate information helps us deliver results that meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to request additional information before starting your project. We do that when the instructions are incomplete.

Pricing & Payment

Our prices vary depending on the complexity of the images, the type of editing required, image quantity, and the requested turnaround time.

A custom quote will be provided before work begins. Your retouching project will start after the quotation has been approved and payment has been received. Sometimes we may begin the project without a full payment according to the agreement of both parties. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided when your order is confirmed. Photo Retouching Service UK team always try to meet the agreed deadline. For some projects, delivery times could be affected by large order volumes, complex editing requirements, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control. If there is a probability of delay for any external reasons, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Revisions

Your satisfaction is important to our company. If the delivered images do not match your original instructions, you can request revisions within 5 days of receiving your completed order. Revision requests should be limited to the original editing instructions. Additional editing instructions will require an additional charge.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing clear editing instructions.
  • Uploading high-quality image files whenever possible.
  • Ensuring you own the images or have permission to use them.
  • Reviewing your files before submission.

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution images or incorrect instructions.

Your Files

You retain full ownership of the images you submit. By uploading your files, you grant us permission to edit your images. We work for the purpose of completing your order. We won’t have the ownership of your photographs and edited images at any stage.

Confidentiality

All files submitted to us are handled with proper privacy. Files are only accessed by authorised team members involved in your project. We do not sell, share, and distribute your images to third parties.

Portfolio Usage

We respect our clients’ privacy. We will not use your images in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content without your permission.

Refund Policy

If we fail to meet the original editing requirements after reasonable revision attempts, we will offer a full or partial refund.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changes of mind after work has started.
  • Incorrect instructions provided by the client.
  • Requests for additional edits outside the original order.

Order Cancellation

Orders could be cancelled before editing begins. If work has already started, a cancellation fee will be applicable based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, and consequential losses that come from the use of our services.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, upload harmful files, attempt to gain unauthorised access, and interfere with the normal operation of our website.
